Body Back

I just completed the second round of Body Back. The coach, AnnaCatherine Rutledge, also teaches Stroller Strides, is fantastic --somehow mellow but inspiring at the same time. Body Back is basically interval training interwoven with food challenges that get you thinking about portion size, what you eat, and so forth. I have much more energy, feel stronger and have lost a ton of weight -- definitely a bonus!
