Body Back Instructor, Substitute Run Coach

Meg discovered her passion for fitness and nutrition while training to run her first half marathon in the Spring of 2016. As a vegan runner, she had to be very specific about her training and meal plans with all of the miles she was logging per week. Since that first race she has run numerous half and full marathons and now looks forward to running the NYC marathon every year.

Meg took her love of healthy living to the next level early in 2017 when she received her ACE Personal Trainer and Health Coach Certifications. Having three older sisters with young children, she decided to focus her energy on helping new moms develop a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. After seeing a group of moms working out together with strollers and their kiddos one morning in Prospect Park, she decided to reach out to Allie expressing her interest in becoming an instructor, and the rest is history!

If she’s not jogging in Prospect Park or down by the Brooklyn Bridge piers, you can probably find Meg walking around Carroll Gardens with her husband, a cup of coffee and her dog Harvey.
