15K 10-Week Training

Mama, it's a fact, some of us run fast, some of us run slow and our fantastic coach and supportive group will help you run faster, smarter and stronger while having fun along the way. We train on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings leading up to the Ted Corbitt 15K in Central Park. Along with our twice weekly runs, Run Club includes a training plan with homework runs, tips on fueling for your longer runs, and access to a private Facebook group to help hold you accountable and motivate you to keep training for the next 10 weeks. Run Club meets on Saturdays at 8am and Wednesdays at 7:45pm at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park.
