Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that can be done with or without little ones. The classes include cardio and intervals of strength and body toning exercises, and can be done as bodyweight only or with the addition of resistance fitness bands.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. These workouts can be modified for pregnancy, every stage of postpartum, and accommodate all fitness levels.

Our Body Well program is a 8-week based empowerment program for moms at least 3+ months postpartum. These child-free HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts combine cardio, strength and core exercises. The 8-week program includes custom coaching, goal setting, journaling, nutrition support, meal planning, and more.

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout, designed to increase your endurance. With the help of ladders, cones and hurdles you are also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends.

Motherhood Our Village.PNG

Our Village events are open to all. We host music classes, story times, coffee chats, yoga classes, and more. These events aim to build community, engage parents and their littles ones, and keep us connected.

We offer crafts, storytimes, playgroups, and more after stroller classes in Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park and quarterly mama nights out. See our current schedule HERE.
