Alanna (Allie) Fraase jumped at the chance to buy Fit4Mom Brooklyn in 2017. She started attending Stroller Strides in early 2016 as a new mom with a 7-week old and quickly fell in love with everything about Fit4Mom. Alanna got certified to teach Fit4Baby and Stroller Strides at the end of 2016 and started teaching for Fit4Mom Brooklyn shortly after.

Alanna grew up in the Texas Hill Country and moved to Brooklyn in 2015 with her husband. She has a BA in Graphic Design, over ten years of event planning experience, formerly owned a furniture-building business, and was an avid athlete and ballet dancer throughout her teens. She is a certified Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides and Body Back instructor, and is passionate about pre and postnatal fitness. Alanna loves running, cooking at home with her husband, traveling, going to the beach, and chasing after her toddler. She lives in Park Slope with her husband and daughter.

A recreational athlete her whole life, Jen found her true passion for fitness after becoming a mom in 2009. She joined the Fit4Mom team to motivate and inspire other moms to prioritize their own health and fitness, which she strongly believes will make you a better mom. Jen teaches Body Back classes and leads the Fit4Mom running groups. Since 2010 she’s helped dozens of “non-runners” cross the finish line for their first race and inadvertently become addicted to running and fitness along the way! Jen is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, and a pre- and post-natal group fitness certified instructor for Stroller Strides and Body Back. When she’s not running around Prospect Park, you can find Jen teaching after-school musical theater classes or searching for the perfect cup of espresso.
