Join the Fit4Mom Run Club and have fun running in beautiful Prospect Park all year round. Whether you're new to running or just need some motivation to keep on running, we're the group for you. We train mamas for their first 5K all the way to their first (or 15th) half marathon.
Whatever your running goals, faster, longer, harder or the simple need to get out of the apartment and get some YOU time every now and then, come try it out and see for yourself. Your first run is always free! Registration is required.
