Stroller Strides classes are a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using equipment, the stroller and the spacious Prospect Park. Our instructors are certified and specially trained fitness instructors. Our classes include songs and games interwoven in the exercises to keep the class fun for our babies and together we create Our Village, a safe and fun place for moms and their babies.
Stroller Barre classes incorporate movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience. Modifications can be offered for carrier-wearing mamas too.

If you are a mom and have always wanted to run but don't know how to get started OR you used to run but then you had a baby (or three) and now you need to get back to it, then our Start to Finish 5K training program is for you.

The program starts on September 25 and meets every Wednesday evening at 7 PM in Prospect Park. You'll train with a coach and an awesome group of women and complete your training at the Jingle Bell Jog on December 14th. We meet at the 9th Street entrance to the park. Strollers are welcome.

coach and supportive group will help you run faster, smarter and
stronger while having fun along the way. We train on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings leading up to the Ted Corbitt 15K in Central Park. Along with our twice weekly runs, Run Club includes a training plan with homework runs, tips on fueling for your longer runs, and access to a private Facebook group to help hold you accountable and motivate you to keep training for the next 10 weeks. One bonus make-up run is included in the training calendar.
This is our 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout program designed by and for moms. Our program includes twice per week workouts in the lovely Prospect Park, supplemental at-home workouts, meal planning tips, weekly challenges, and more. Our Village events are community-wide playgroups, after-class crafts and storytimes, Mama Nights Out, and weekend or weekday group outings. Most playgroup activities are free, or have a minimal fee, and are open to any moms and little ones within our community (out of town visitors are welcome too!).
