Stroller Strides meets every Monday and Wednesday morning at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park. These classes are a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using equipment, the stroller and the spacious Prospect Park. Our instructors are certified and specially trained fitness instructors. Our classes include songs and games interwoven in the exercises to keep the class fun for our babies and together we create Our Village, a safe and fun place for moms and their babies.

Stroller Barre classes meet every Friday morning at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park. These classes incorporate movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience. Modifications can be offered for carrier-wearing mamas too.

Strides 360 meets every Saturday morning at the Garfield Tot Lot in Prospect Park, moms are welcome with or without little ones in jogging strollers. These classes offer a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a more cardio-based workout, with timed running intervals that can be hard as you need them to be. Bring your kiddos with you in the jogging stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come sweat with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Back is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Our sessions meet at 9th Street and North Long Meadow. Are you ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

MamaWell is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond.

If you are a mom and have always wanted to run but don't know how to get started OR you used to run but then you had a baby (or three) and now you need to get back to it, then our Start to Finish 5K training program is for you.

You won't believe how quickly you'll start running and how much fun you'll have while doing it. Here's what some of your neighbors have to say about the Fit4mom programs:

The program starts on September 29 and meets twice a week for eight weeks. You'll train with a coach and an awesome group of women and finish the program at the Jingle Bell Jog 5K in December. Each class meets at the 9th St. entrance to the park on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 8 am. Strollers are welcome.

Mama, it's a fact, some of us run fast, some of us run slow and our fantastic coach and supportive group will help you run faster, smarter and stronger while having fun along the way. We run on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings all year long. Along with our twice weekly runs, Run Club includes a training plan with homework runs, tips on fueling for your longer runs, and access to a private Facebook group for other Fit4Mom Brooklyn mother runners.

Our Village events are community-wide playgroups, after-class crafts and storytimes, Mama Nights Out, and weekend or weekday group outings. Most playgroup activities are free, or have a minimal fee, and are open to any moms and little ones within our community (out of town visitors are welcome too!). Invite your friends and join us in or surrounding Prospect Park for some mommy & me (and sometimes mommy-free) time with other Brooklyn mamas.
