Stroller Strides meets every Monday and Wednesday morning at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park. These classes are a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using equipment, the stroller and the spacious Prospect Park. Our instructors are certified and specially trained fitness instructors. Our classes include songs and games interwoven in the exercises to keep the class fun for our babies and together we create Our Village, a safe and fun place for moms and their babies.

Stroller Barre classes meet every Friday morning at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park. These classes incorporate movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience. Modifications can be offered for carrier-wearing mamas too.

Body Back is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Run Club meets on Saturdays at 8am and Wednesdays at 7:45pm at the 9th Street entrance to Prospect Park, throughout the year. Some of us run fast, some of us run slow and our fantastic coach and supportive group will help you run faster, smarter and stronger while having fun along the way. Run Club is for mamas that are new to running, coming back to running, or have been running for years. We have training plans, routes and challenges for every level of runner. It's never too late to become a runner!

Our Start to Finish 5K training is for the mom that has always wanted to be a runner, hasn't run in years or since bringing a newborn home, and is ready to strap on some running shoes and very gradually, and as slowly as needed, work up to running 1 mile without stopping. We help you get there over 8 gradual weeks, with other local mamas who totally get it!

Our Village events are community-wide playgroups, after-class crafts and storytimes, Mama Nights Out, and weekend or weekday group outings. Most playgroup activities are free, or have a minimal fee, and are open to any moms and little ones within our community (out of town visitors are welcome too!). Invite your friends and join us in or surrounding Prospect Park for some mommy & me (and sometimes mommy-free) time with other Brooklyn mamas.
