Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! This class is appropriate for moms with our without littles ones in strollers, but does require a jogging stroller for running intervals.


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

MamaWell is not “just” another prenatal fitness guide or program (although you will receive digital workouts that are safe and adjust with your growing belly each and every week).

It's also not “just” another prenatal meal plan (although you will get a full nutrition guide filled with recipes, advice of what to eat and when, supplement suggestions, foods to avoid, and more...).

Similarly, MamaWell is not “just” a place to connect with other mamas-to-be (although you will get access to a private Facebook group where you can share and support other women).

Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

Today is National Tell a Joke Day so we polled our mamas and asked for the best jokes from their kids. We got something even better! One of our #strollerstrides moms shared proof that her newborn already has a sense of humor. Here's her story: ✨ "Our son is 10 weeks old and pretty much since birth has saved his dirtiest diaper explosions for when Dad is holding him! At first we thought it was coincidence, but 10 weeks later it never fails that when Dad gets home and holds him we can hear him filling his diaper. Our #bodyback classes always end with a stretch and meditation. Why? First off, because Body Back is an opportunity for moms to take one hour of time in the week just for them. And as fellow moms, we know how difficult it is to find time in the day to stop. And breathe. We also know that meditation can improve our energy, stress levels, and even possibly our success. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Studies have shown that meditation improves a variety of psychological areas, including anxiety, addiction, depression, eating disorders and cognitive function, among others. It may also reduce blood pressure, stress hormone levels, and even cellular health. If you aren't able to join us for Body Back class, you can still take some time for you. Tonight, after bathtime and story time, find the most quiet and comfortable spot in your home. If you live in NYC like I do, that may mean taking a cushion or a few throw blankets into your closet and closing the door. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Sit comfortably, knees bent or legs extended, palms resting gently against your thighs or in your lap. Close your eyes and begin focusing on your breath. With each inhale, imagine you are filling your lungs with clear, white air. And with each exhale, relax one part of your body. Your eyes, your jaw, your neck, shoulders, stomach, hips, knees. Move slowly from head to toe. As random thoughts interrupt you, visualize setting them gently to the side in a bubble or box in your mind. Tell yourself, I'll come back to that later.
