FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.
We offer weekly mommy & me stroller classes in Prospect Park. Classes meet at the 9th Street entrance M/W and Grand Army Plaza Thurs. Join us for a free class!
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun!

Strides 360® is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through life. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring! Bring your spouse/partner and little one (in the stroller)!

Stroller Barre® combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will increase flexibility and help you regain your core strength.
This transformational program is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.
All moms need a village, which is why ALL moms and their little ones are welcome to join ours.
Our Village events are community-wide playgroups, after-class crafts and storytimes, Mama Nights Out, and weekend or weekday group outings. Our Village events are free, or have a very minimal fee. Join us!
We have a running program for all levels of runners - whether you're just starting out, or are training for your 1st 10K, Half, or Marathon.
