Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed to be done with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for anyone interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! This class is appropriate for parents with our without littles ones in strollers, but does require a jogging stroller for running intervals.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

MamaWell®

MamaWell is not “just” another prenatal fitness guide or program (although you will receive digital workouts that are safe and adjust with your growing belly each and every week).

It's also not “just” another prenatal meal plan (although you will get a full nutrition guide filled with recipes, advice of what to eat and when, supplement suggestions, foods to avoid, and more...).

Similarly, MamaWell is not “just” a place to connect with other mamas-to-be (although you will get access to a private Facebook group where you can share and support other women).

Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded runners, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with others through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

I still remember coming to my very first Stroller Strides class at just 7 weeks postpartum. Yes, I too started out as a client. I was exhausted, getting out the door felt like a huge accomplishment, and actually making it to class on time felt like I deserved a trophy. And then I realized that at some point in class, I’d probably have to change my newborn (or heaven forbid feed them at a time that I was definitely still getting the hang of nursing, let alone in public). All I'm saying is, if you're still feeling a little overwhelmed at this stage, just know that we are all moms and we 100% get it. ✨ One of the many things that I loved about attending Stroller Strides was the sense of community. We get what you're going through. No one is going to give you a dirty look if your baby cries for any or all of class. No one is going to scrunch up their face at a dirty diaper, if your clothes have spit-up stains, if your toddler is on a tablet or has to snack all through class. This truly is a judgement-free, come as you are, safe space for #allthemoms. ✨ Does the idea of getting out the door to join us for class seem intimidating? It's okay! Give it another week or two if you need. Let us know when you're ready and we will all be here waiting to welcome you with big smiles and (probably) stained clothes. I am currently pregnant with my 2nd, due early next year, and we have been having a lot of conversations with our 1st about her new exciting role as a big sister. She currently loves Lola M. Schaefer's "One Special Day" book all about a new baby coming home, she talks about being a big sister constantly, loves putting stickers on my belly "for the baby", has started setting aside toys to share, and tells everyone with a baby in our neighborhood that she too will "have a baby soon". ❤️ I understand that she doesn't 100% get how life is about to change. But for the time being, I certainly won't be the one bursting her sweet innocent little bubble. And who knows? Even though the new baby may be a bit less fun and a bit noisier upon arrival than she is expecting, she may remain just as excited about her new sibling.
