Our Classes


Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! This class is appropriate for moms with our without littles ones in strollers, but does require a jogging stroller for running intervals.


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

MamaWell is not “just” another prenatal fitness guide or program (although you will receive digital workouts that are safe and adjust with your growing belly each and every week).

It's also not “just” another prenatal meal plan (although you will get a full nutrition guide filled with recipes, advice of what to eat and when, supplement suggestions, foods to avoid, and more...).

Similarly, MamaWell is not “just” a place to connect with other mamas-to-be (although you will get access to a private Facebook group where you can share and support other women).

Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

Making healthy eating choices is so important at every stage of motherhood. In our home, Sundays are for meal planning. First I sit down with a few of my favorite recipe books and pull up my @pinterest boards on the computer to help me sketch out our meals for the week. I take into consideration our plans, outings, etc. and map out each meal for every day ahead. ✨ Next, I go through our fridge and cabinets to check what ingredients we already have. And from there, I write out my grocery list. I'm the meal planner, but my husband and I take turns grocery shopping. Our toddler's afternoon nap is always a good time to head to the store. Putting away the groceries together has become part of our weekly routine, and it makes for a nice opportunity to check in with each other too. ✨ After dinner and our toddler's bedtime, we split up the cooking tasks and meal prep at least for the next 2 - 3 days. This is by far my biggest struggle, especially after a long weekend, but I know it's worth it. Prepped meals ready to be warmed up make for a much easier, stress-free week. And for my family, definitely guarantee that we're all making healthier eating choices too. ✨ When do you meal prep? We are so often overwhelmed and exhausted at the end of each week, that we may forget to look back on the previous days with gratitude. So today, let's try to introduce a new practice to our weekend. A practice of gratitude. ✨ Here are some ideas. I'm grateful for the food in my fridge, the meals shared with family around our little table, the roof over our heads, beautiful #prospectpark that we play in almost daily, the shared laughter and huge hugs my toddler has recenly started giving. I am grateful for friends, for all the clients that continue coming to our classes, and this sweet little family of mine. ✨ Most of all, I am grateful for this body that allows me to chase after my toddler down #brooklyn sidewalks, these arms that allow me to toss her up in the air and help her reach the best climbing branches, and I am grateful to be her mother. ✨ Now it's your turn.
