Growing up, my family would go around the table at Thanksgiving and share what we were most grateful for that year. My mom would say her five children and tear up, one of my three brothers would crack a joke, and I would usually reiterate what had already been said. It’s not that I wasn’t grateful, it’s just challenging to come up with a response on the spot. 🍁 So tonight, after your children are in bed, make yourself a hot cup of tea or pour a glass of wine, and pull out an old notebook or journal. Then, list the top five things, first ones to pop into your head, that you’re grateful for today. Was the train on time? Did one of your kids eat their entire meal or clean up without whining? Did you have a successful work meeting? Was your lunch delicious? 🍁 There are SO many things we can be grateful for, we just need to take the time to stop and remind ourselves. Once you finish your own list, place it somewhere easy to spot for the next tough day when you need a little reminder.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed to be done with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for anyone interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! This class is appropriate for parents with our without littles ones in strollers, but does require a jogging stroller for running intervals.
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
MamaWell is not “just” another prenatal fitness guide or program (although you will receive digital workouts that are safe and adjust with your growing belly each and every week).
It's also not “just” another prenatal meal plan (although you will get a full nutrition guide filled with recipes, advice of what to eat and when, supplement suggestions, foods to avoid, and more...).
Similarly, MamaWell is not “just” a place to connect with other mamas-to-be (although you will get access to a private Facebook group where you can share and support other women).
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded runners, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with others through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!
