When I joined the Couch to 5K program I really expected it to be a short term thing, something I'd join to just get myself back into running. I was pleasantly surprised at what an impact running with a group would have.
Jen is a perfect coach who works with runners with varying abilities and experience. That's a talent. I get just the right amount of push, and the perfect dosage of inspiration and motivation from her. I'm excited to continue running with the group.
