Not only did I lose the baby weight that I had been carrying around for years, but I started eating healthier, had more energy and met some kick ass other moms in the neighborhood. I really can't speak highly enough about this program.

If you are like me and cannot seem to get yourself to the gym, the classes are the perfect motivation to start working out again. I loved being able to stroll into the park and workout outside among the trees and fresh air, while doing exercises that were a lot more engaging than just running.
