Join the Fit4Mom Run Club and have fun running in beautiful Prospect Park with a great group of ladies.

Whether you're new to running or just need some motivation to keep on running, we've got a group for you. We train mamas for their first 5K all the way to their first (or 15th) half marathon.

Whatever your running goals, faster, longer, harder or the simple need to get out of the apartment and get some YOU time every now and then, come try it out and see for yourself.

5K training session starts April 23

Meet twice a week and run a 5K race in June

Sundays at 8:15am and Wednesdays at 7pm

Meet at 9th St/PPW in Prospect Park.

Half Marathon training starts March 18

Run Club meets in Prospect Park, 9th St. entrance - Wednesdays at 7:45pm and Saturdays at 8am

$65 for monthly membership.
