Since 2010, Fit4Mom Brooklyn has offered Stroller Strides, Body Back and Run Club in beautiful Prospect Park. Across the nation Fit4Mom has supported thousands of women through motherhood with its pre and post natal fitness programs. We take pride in being the country's largest and most recognized program of its kind that helps give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser.
All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. The first class is always free!
Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Prospect Park at the 9th St. entrance to the park. If you're running late, come into the park and look for the circle of moms and strollers.

Body Back is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments with photos, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals.
Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul! Clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Run Club focuses on training beginner & intermediate runners for a variety of race distances in a fun, safe & supportive atmosphere! Whether your goal is 5k, 10k or half marathon, we will help you create a workout schedule to fit your abilities and goals.
Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group.
Join our program and enjoy running in beautiful Prospect Park with a great group of ladies. Train hard, build lasting friendships.
