Anna Catherine has owned and operated Stroller Strides since 2010 after her first child was born and she wanted to find a way to stay home with him. Since Stroller Strides started, Fit4Mom has grown to include Body Back, Brooklyn Mom's Run Club and Fit4Baby, programs that help give women at any stage of motherhood the strength they need. Anna Catherine is a pre- and post-natal group fitness certified instructor for Stroller Strides and Body Back and an AFAA certified personal trainer.

A recreational athlete her whole life, Jen found her true passion for fitness after becoming a mom in 2009. She joined the Fit4Mom team to motivate and inspire other moms to prioritize their own health and fitness, which she strongly believes will make you a better mom. Jen teaches Body Back classes and leads the Fit4Mom running groups. Since 2010 she’s helped dozens of “non-runners” cross the finish line for their first race and inadvertently become addicted to running and fitness along the way! Jen is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, and a pre- and post-natal group fitness certified instructor for Stroller Strides and Body Back. When she’s not running around Prospect Park, you can find Jen teaching after-school musical theater classes or searching for the perfect cup of espresso.

Liza is a mom to two boys. She has always been passionate about fitness. She used to dance (ballet) and as a young teenager was able to be a part of dance competitions in Russia before moving to New York in 1999. In America she discovered pilates, yoga, spinning and running. Liza graduated from Brooklyn College with a double degree in Film Production and Television & Radio Production.

Liza found Stroller Strides when her youngest son was just 6 weeks old. Not only did Stroller Strides classes helped her get back into shape they also provided her with community and support that any mom really needs. She was very excited when an opportunity came about to join the Fit4Mom Brooklyn Team and become a certified Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby instructor.

Cooking is another big part of Liza’s life. She loves cooking for her family and friends as well as discover new recipes. To learn new recipes from different cultures Liza created a YouTube cooking show - Brooklyn Mama’s Kitchen. On her show she gets to learn and cook delicious recipes with moms all over our borough.

Liza is currently training for the NYC 2016 Marathon.
